Mr. Darji graduated from M.S. University in Baroda, India. He became a Chartered Accountant in England and practiced as a C.A. in London, England for 13 years before moving to Atlanta, Georgia, where he is licensed as a C.P.A. and runs his own practice.

With over 30 years of experience, he is well versed in the accounting and tax arenas.

Srinivasan Iyer is a Certified Public Accountant with international experience and exposure to accounting practices in three continents.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Bangalore University, and he went on to become a Chartered Accountant in India. He obtained a Certified Accountant License in Botswana, Africa. Srinivasan Iyer became a CPA in 2002 and has been in the Accounting practice since.

Srinivasan Iyer has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry. Beginning as an Assistant Manager for the Corporate Finance division in India. Later, in Africa, as a Consultant  for Finance and Financial systems with Company - South African Airways.

In the United States, he was the Financial Controller of a Manufacturing corporation. He is experienced in Corporate Governance Audits (Sox Audits) and Internal Compliance Consulting to US Corporations. Since entering the Public Accounting Practice in 2002, Srinivasan Iyer has been providing Financial and Tax consultation services to Corporations and entrepreneurs in Georgia.

Srinivasan Iyer is a Member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of CPAs. He is also an Associate Member of The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Mr. Raj Joshi joined DIJP, LLP after working as the Chief Financial Officer of a large international manufacturing company for over 10 years. He also brings over 15 years of experience as a certified public accountant.

Mr. Joshi manages the business operations, human resources and planning at DIJP, LLP. He works directly with many family-owned and closely held companies providing consulting in areas such as business, finance, taxation and financial projection and analysis.

With extensive experience in the areas of business planning, corporate financing, and corporate taxation, Mr. Joshi's background also includes an in-depth understanding and experience of services for manufacturing, wholesale, retail, and the insurance sector.

With his intense awareness in Financial Accounting, Tax Law, Corporate Financing, and Auditing; Mr. Joshi has proved himself as a highly motivated and bright individual with an extensive knowledge base and experience.

Mr. Joshi is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Association of Chartered Accountants.

Bhupendra Patel comes with a strong background with over 18 years of public practice experience in London, England to working for over 7 years in America's private sector as a Financial Accountant.  Over the years, he has developed an extensive knowledgebase of auditing, tax planning and return preparation for corporations, individuals, partnerships, estates and trusts.  He also specializes in tax strategies as they relate to closely held businesses, and in representing taxpayers in IRS and state tax controversies. He also holds extensive experience in Accounting and Audit Practice for nonprofit organizations.

Mr. Patel is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

With a keen interest in Auditing and Tax Law, Mr. Patel has proved himself as a motivated and able individual with a broad and current knowledgebase.
